Prof. Dr. Kliewe and Dr. Lina Landinez at the conference “HOW TO: Engage in Innovations”

On January 23rd, 2018 took place at Riga Technical University (RTU) the conference “HOW TO: Engage in Innovations. The conference gathered various models for support and development of innovation presented by experts from 9 countries around the globe: Australia, Germany, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Israel, Sweden, and Latvia.

The aim of this event was “to gain international experience in the commercialisation of scientific research results, understand importance of cooperation with the industry and the role of support of start-ups and their impact on the country’s economic growth, providing a favourable environment for the sustainable development of innovations”, states the RTU in the website of the event.

Prof. Dr. Kliewe delivered the talk “How Can We Build a University that Drives Innovation?” and Dr. Lina Landinez talked about “Relational Aspects of Innovation”.
