HTSF Conference at VU Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam

The team of Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre with 3 paper presentations substantially contributed to the 2017 HTSF “High Technology Small Firms” Conference in Amsterdam.

The conference is yearly organized by a consortium of Universities as part of a collaboration between; VU University, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (HvA), University of Twente, University of Groningen and the University of Liverpool and was hosted this year by the VU & HvA in Amsterdam.

It covers topics like Science Based Firms, Ecosystems, University-Business Cooperation, Incubators and Entrepreneurship.

The S2BMRC contributions have been:

Balzhan Orazbayeva & Lina Landinez Gomez on “Motivations of social innovators to innovate ‘socially’”



Mihai Melonari & David Serbin on “High-Technology Growth Firms benefit from collaboration with universities in Germany”



Marieke Baaken (Georg-August-University Göttingen), Thomas Baaken on “University Business Cooperation and Regional Development: The Instrument of Foundation Professorships for SMEs”
